Community Power House Energy Inc. plans to renovate a historic industrial building in Maryland to build an innovation center which will house a renewable energy research laboratory, shared work space, a restaurant, and manufacturing. Community Power House Energy will develop the asset, create a production capacity of between 7 – 9 MWh’s of energy.
